About Us
Banglarbhumii.com explains how to use Banglarbhumi, the West Bengal government’s land records portal at banglarbhumi.gov.in. We made this site to help people find their land records, understand them, and complete tasks on the portal without paying anyone for help they don’t need.
What we cover
- Checking khatian and plot information
- Signing up and logging in
- Reading land records, including RS and LR plot numbers and land units
- Applying for mutation, warish, conversion and certified records
- Fixing common errors
- Checking land before you buy
How we write our guides
We base every guide on official sources and on how the portal works today. When the portal changes, we update the guide and the date on it. If something is wrong, tell us at hello@banglarbhumii.com and we’ll correct it.
What we are not
We are not the government and not part of the Land & Land Reforms Department. We can’t view your records, process applications or change anything on the portal. For official services, always use banglarbhumi.gov.in.
